Soccer, soccer and more soccer.

I expected this scout camp to be like any other camps that we had before. Turns out it was not to be. It's crazier.It was a great experience. I left my house wearing my brother's total 90 III shoes, hoping to play soccer in school. What happened was more than soccer. Reached school, OM idiot mr ng very noisy, tell us not to play in classroom.

So we started our first soccer session at the street soccer court in the morning around 9. Played until very tired. The court was wet, thanks to the rain. Unfortunately we did not do any important stretching for the activities that followed. MOre soccer... The court was so wet that i could actually slide as if im at the field.

After our own match, this few choir peeps joined us. They were kinda good la cos got umesh and soe ather gits. They had the upper hand in the match cos we were all almost flushed out and exhausted from our previous game. And we lost. Din manage to save any shots. I could actually feel my hands shaking due to extreme exhaution. I can never be on form whenever im tired. I almost saved two shots but somehow after i blocked them, they still when in. At that time i had butter fingers. Too tired. In the midst of the match some of our other friends came.. First Kia tar then KAran. I could not take it so i bailed out of the match in the middle and subbed with someone else. My legs were already aching at that time.

During our break in the 4J classroom, we received a whole lot of food (leftovers from a conference). The chicken was kinda nice though. I tried playing my mp3 player on Zu kai's speakers but it sucked. And after the lunch we planned what we wanted to do for that evening after the bbq. these are some of the crazy ideas: We wanted to lend someones ps so can play at night. Play night LAN. Play soccer at night( as in after midnight). Watch midnight movie as suggested by KAran. Then Roy( our ex-senior now in JC) came in and joined us. He wanted to play soccer so we did. And we played soccer...again. It was around 11 at that time. Roy has actually improved in soccer. He used to suck. My legs were still mildly aching as we played. It was hot at that time so most of the water had actually evaporated. Since it was hot we got tired very easily so we took another break at the canteen. Then Edwin(another senior) came and joined us in soccer. At around 12 we stopped, had a break, planned again. I changed to my slippers as i was going for my prayers. An then we played soccer again. until it was time for me too leave for the mosque.

Preparing BBQ.

When i came back, we played soccer again until it was time for us to prepare the food for the bbq. The food all looked appetizing. Got satay, otak2, black pepper chicken, hotdogs, cuttlefish ball, corn, sambal stingray ( one of the best i tasted). It was alot of food. there werent enough charcoal to go around so Mr tchen oredered summore. We were damn bastards when preparing food for juniors. Those we prepared lousily-gave to juniors. Lousy equipments we gave to juniors. And i have to say the toilet near the bbq area smell like a zoo. Damn the shit smell like animal shit. And so we started bbqing. The black pepper chicken was not bad. We bought drinks and fused peach tea and 7 up into ice and it tasted so damn good. Dinner had never been this good. Our older seniors slowly started coming in. One of seniors( Saurov an indian guy,very nice guy) came. As it was very dark and i having night blindness, Ireally couldnt see his face man. Dude me and Ian was wondering who the hell is that guy. He acutally blends in the darkness. No offence dude.

Then our JC seniors came and we challenged them to soccer. Soccer at night. Our seniors were supposed to be good but was trashed by us 10-4. It was very dark , couldnt see properly. Conceded a few goals bcos o that. I had i very bad experience with that match. Crap man, i got a cramp, severe cramp due to too much soccer. Damn it hurt like hell. had to take 10 mins of their time to lose the cramp. And i wasnt the only one hu received the cramp. Slowly one by one my teamates got cramps. I got hit in the face by an oncoming ball courtesy of LunPin(another senior). We had actually planned that after the bbq was soccer and after that we go for midnight movie. Karan was vey confident that midnight movie is much2 cheaper. So after the match we bathed. Found out i only had one underwear to wear for 2 days. Crap. It just can't get any worse than that. EXCEPT IT DID!!!!!!!

THE BEST PART OF THE 24 HOURS.

When we were set to leave the school for a morning of adventure, we came across Kai Sheng( another crazy senior). He told us how their batch had actually pissed on the rotunda plants in front of the general office at night. He dared us to do it. Crazy sia. Then the unthinkable happened. He actually pissed on the plants neat the main gate. Whoa shit! dude dats crazy man. He actually did that!! What has the world come to.

So we took 16 to get to orchard cineleisure to watch 'A lot Like Love' at midnght. We arrived at 11:40 and found that the next show is at 1.40 am. It juz doesn't get worse than that. THE TICKET COST $9.50. We were all damn pissed. Karan was damn smart man. Kept tellling us midnight show very cheap. Well, its not cheap, sure as hell not the same price, ITS MUcH MORE EXPENSIVE. And we had to wait 2 hours for the movie to start. I felt tired and sleepy. I din want to take any chances. I din want to sleep during the 9.50movie i paid for so i drank coke(got caffeine). 2 regular cokes for that nite- one b4 the movie, one during the movie. The stuff we did while waiting for he movie was quite fun though. Went to the arcade. walked around. We played pool but not that worth it. $2 per game aint worth it at all. But it was fun. Played with Karan, IAn, Kia Tar.Then we played daytona and some hockey game.Very fun. Then Anil played a marvel vs capcom arcade game. Everyone of us spectated it. And hey Anil was unexpectedly very good sia. It was very entertaining the way he played and defeated all of his opponents. But eventually he juz had to lose la cos we had a movie to watch.

I smuggled pringles into the theatre. Hey the movie wasn't that bad though the storyline sucks. Got some nude and errotic kissing scenes(the girl amanda peets damn hot sia). Wee Khai who hasn't slept for 2 nights was too tired to watch the movie so he paid 9.50 for the comfy seat inthe thatre to sleep in. And so the show ended and we had to go to school. Some of us dun have any money to take a taxi there, so we used the alternative...

We decided to walk from orchard cineleisure to school despite our cramped, aching ,swollen legs and feet. Still not enough action? there's more... When we reached nicole highway bridge, which was like halfway of the journey oredi, I CAN'T FEEL MY HANDPHONE IN MY POCKET. I had hoped that it was a hallucination due to the caffeine or exhaustion. But my phone wasn't really in my pocket. It fell out of my pocket at the theatre seat. The timing can never be more perfect. I was damned pissed, damn devastated. I really couldnt believe that that was happening. Started to think wad my parents will do to me if they find out, which i can't let it happen. By any means necessary i juz had to go back and retrieve it. By hook or by crook i had to. I can't walk back, dats suicide. so me and wee khai(has money) took a cab and went back to fulfill my task.

I persisted that i will never leave the place without getting my phone back. Only with that kind of perserverance that i can get it back. My first attempt at that was i entered the theatre and search for my phone at my seat. It was embarrassing cos got this couple watching a lot like love sitting there and i asked them if they saw any phone around. The weird thing was i was able to enter the theatre so easily ( no one was there, secluded, no ushers. very quiet). the phone wasn't at my seat. I almost lost hope but i persisted. Then got sum kind of security guard there very helpful i asked him about my phone and he said it was found and i had to go to the ticket counter to get it. The problem was no one was there. It was closed. So i asked him again and he said someone will be there. when i went there again noone was there.I had to be patient. then 2 staffs were there waiting for me so i asked them and finally i got my phone back. Sigh* whew man damn dat was damn lucky. I was damn happy. I called my friends who were still still walking to school to meet them at the mcdonald at the kallang stadium. Haha they stupid go walk around kallang stadium thanks to nicholas's mistake. We pit stopped at the mcdonalds which wasnt opened yet and we had to buy food at the drive through.

We continued walking until we reached school where we juz dropped dead at the school canteen. Started sleeping at 7 woke up at 8:45. I had officially been awake for 24 hours and slept for 1 hour 45 mins. I woke up and i thought i had a dream about losing my handphone and walking from orchard to school except the dream wasn't a dream at all. It actually happened.
